Personal Training is more than a series of one-on-one sessions. At Body Shop personal training is a physical, psychological and emotional experience where you first increase your level of base conditioning before progressing to increase physical and cognitive skills.
PERSONAL TRAINING: Bill and Kelly are skilled professionals with extensive experience and are nationally certified by ACE and AFAA for over 40 years combined. They possess the knowledge and skills needed to design and implement safe and effective workout programs for both general and special populations. Your Personal Trainer will work hard to help you achieve your goals while keeping you motivated and most importantly, accountable. They are invested in seeing you succeed!
