This review is long overdue! I have known Kelly and Bill and have worked out with them at the same time in Golds Gym for last 10 years. I recently started training with a friend who was preparing for a bodybuilding competition and was looking for a pro to work with. After referring him to Kelly and Bill, he signed on and never looked back. While training with him I began to "eat clean" and got my wife involved as well. Almost six months later, I weighed in at 168 pounds and my wife is in a size zero and is down to the same weight she was when we got married. Absolutely amazing what clean eating can do for you. I highly recommend Kelly and Bill - you cannot go wrong with them behind you! Jeff

I've been working out with Kelly twice a week for nine (!) years, beginning in April 2004 -- it's been a life saver for me! Kelly has helped me become stronger all over, and has kept me on track throughout a number of physically and emotionally trying periods during that time. In 2007, I had an injury that herniated disks in my neck -- she helped me recover my strength as I healed and continues to pay attention to my form so that I don't reinjure myself. Above it all, I stay with my exercise program because I have fun -- we laugh and tell stories throughout my workout, and I really enjoy the creativity and variety of exercises she puts me through. I don't have to think about what I'm doing, I can just do it, and she makes sure to get all parts of my body, not just the parts I would do on my own. I love the feel of the gym -- it's so much nicer than a big, impersonal gym, and they take great care of it. Finally, she and Bill are wonderful people -- I'm so happy to count them as my friends. It never ceases to amaze me how many clients have become friends of theirs.

If you believe you get out what you put in then keep doing what you do elsewhere! Bill does an excellent job of getting more out of you than you believe is possible. Alot of things you cannot do at the conclusion of your initial assessment, or as you progress through your sessions, are easily done if you listen to the tips and techniques of proper body mechanics and nutrition he suggests.
The facilities and atmosphere are topnotch with everything you need to have a total body workout that is not boring or routine bundled in 30 or 60, over before you know it, minute sessions.
I must confess I have had more success in the last three months with twice weekly one hour sessions than I did when I was going to the gym for 3 hours 3-4 times a week.

Despite wavering resolve, a demanding work schedule, and various joint/aging body issues, I've been able to stick with it for over two years now. At each session my workout has been specifically tailored with me in mind --this has allowed me to work through any issues I'm having at the time.
